The Excellence in Model Home Design Competition is sponsored by the Building Systems Council of the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB) and Building Systems Magazine, a leading building trade publication. This is the fourth consecutive year and the seventh time in the last eleven years that Nationwide Homes has garnered this prestigious national award. The award-winning “Auburn” model opened in McDonough, Georgia in August 2001. This three bedroom, two-and-a-half bath home boasts 2,400 square feet of living space with area for expansion opportunities. The first level has a welcoming foyer, an open great room, a spacious kitchen with adjacent powder room, a breakfast area and dining room.
