He is the utmost in professionalism, showing devoted care and concern for us and our new home, making sure we were happy and the house was as near perfect as it could be made to be, while at the same time protecting the interests of Nationwide. All of the sub-contractors were real professionals and we enjoyed meeting each and every one and are appreciative of the excellent work they performed.
