Modular Multi-Family Home Plans
Townhomes We have a number of plans available but can also work with your plans and specific requirements to create the look and style that will meet any site condition.
Apartments Our apartment plans can be built into four or six-plexes. The apartments are very cost effective and will appeal to investors looking for positive cash flow.
Duplexes We have duplex plans but also are able to convert any of our town houses to duplexes allowing you more than eight possible duplex layouts.
Delivery And Completion With Modular Construction
When the modular units are delivered to the job site they will be approximately 80% complete. All you need to do is prepare the site and complete the septic, electrical and water connections, exterior treatments, and interior finishing. The shortened building time of modular construction reduces the cycle time of your loan, thus saving you interest costs. Each plan will vary slightly regarding the level of completion required, so please consult your local sales representative for more information.
